BSSP is holding another vaccination event in Chico on Wednesday, November 13th from 3pm - 6pm!

All employees and family members covered by a BSSP+SISC medical plan are eligible for free Flu and COVID vaccines.

In addition, employees not covered by a BSSP+SISC medical plan are also eligible for a free flu vaccine.

When making your appointment, please schedule a separate appointment for each family member.

Please complete the highlighted sections of the consent form below and bring it with you to your appointment. 

Don't worry... the BSSP events are not your only option! You may visit any retail pharmacy, except Walgreen's, offering the vaccines. No coupon is necessary - just show them your Anthem ID card and tell the pharmacy to bill it under your prescription benefit with Navitus.
